Aiming to promote the heritage and local food of the Filipinos. Max’s Chicken rolled out two new dishes, the Crispy Pata & Kare-Kare Rice Bowls.
For only P199 pesos, the rice bowls which also comes with Ice-Cold Pepsi is available for dine-in, takeout and delivery transactions.
According to Multi-Unit Manager, Arnie Demerin, the introduction of rice bowls is to address the Millenials, those who prefer portable, fresh and fast.
I love Kare-Kare, the Max’s Rice Bowls particularly the Kare Kare is truly a must-try. Loaded with tripe, tenderized, chewy and soft meat and complimented with thick savory sauce. The Crispy Pata is another decent option for those who prefer something crunchy, crackling and boneless dish decked with fried banana slices, garlic bits and spring onions best paired with soy-vinegar dipping sauce. I would have to say if the two combined I will end up eating Tasty Crispy Pata in Kare –Kare.
In short, rice bowls make a quick and easy dinner or lunch perhaps, for people on the go, such a perfect answer to what’s for dinner or lunch today, especially if you don’t have any idea what to make or don’t have a lot of time. It is a great Combo! A Filipino comfort food in a casual dining.
Oh I almost forgot, the Max Chewy Caramel Bar piled high with Vanilla Ice Cream and caramel sauce…nuff said
Max also introduces the Chicken All You Want for P249 every Friday’s of the week. Unlimited quarter size chicken with rice option from 2 pm to SAWA! Oh, my! So chicken lovers…ATTACK!
