The race for the Miss Universe 2017’s crown has officially begun! And it’s finally happening here in the Philippines, after almost two decades.
Reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach is all set to pass on the crown to her successor in her home country no less on Jan. 30, 2017. Today, 29 among the 82 candidates ramped the stage at SMX Convention Hall for the “Mindanao Tapestry”, one of the many ancillary events of Miss Universe.
All the 29 candidates wore hand-woven fabric and designs made by Mindanao Fashion designers.
